TIMBER PRESS — ILLUSTRATIONS

Design Objective: I was hired by Timber Press to create a variety of scientific illustrations for their book titled, “Weeds of the Pacific Northwest: 368 Unwanted Plants and how to Control Them.” I created the illustrations, while designer Leigh Thomas completed all the graphic design and typesetting work. These Illustrations are meant to inform on various parts of plant anatomy, including leaf structure, compound growth, reproductive organs of flowering plants and grasses, as well as rhizomatic growth.
